About the Role
As a Financial Advisor, you’ll be the face of our retirement planning expansion, bringing your expertise to help clients secure their future. You'll guide clients through a comprehensive planning process that spans investments, fixed-indexed annuities (FIAs), and life insurance. Supported by a state-of-the-art marketing machine and a dedicated appointment-setting and support team, you’ll connect with individuals seeking your help for a confident financial future.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Meet with qualified clients the firm provides to assess their financial needs and goals.
- Develop and deliver tailored, comprehensive financial plans that align with client objectives.
- Gather assets and close new business in a fee-based AUM and FIA-focused environment.
- Follow our streamlined process to ensure consistency and impact for each client served.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 or 66 License.
- Proven experience with financial planning, including investments (fee-based AUM), FIAs, and insurance.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a drive to build lasting client relationships.
- A passion for helping clients achieve financial security and a results-oriented mindset.
